"The work went really well. The folks from Michiana Heating and Air Conditioning were service oriented when I met them (and extremely responsive when I called with additional questions). Their pricing was better than 3 other quotes (I got a total of 4 quotes). Also, no high pressure sales. The install took place when they said it would. "Had a leak in the ceiling - they came out discovered that the leak was coming from the roof vent covering the bath room stand pipe. They went to a supply store, purchased the vent covering, ran some water over the newly installed vent covering and that solved the problem. They also checked the rest of the roof to see if everything else was ok, as I requested, and it was. Finally, they returned the next day to check if the attic insulation needed replacing due to the water leakage, and it does not. <br /> There was no charge for that return trip, but I felt compelled to TIP them $40.00, that seemed to be the honest thing to do on my part. <br />"
