"I am so happy I went with Everdry for my egress window. I got a few quotes in the 6-10K range but Everdry was the only one that was capable of adding real drainage to the window. Half of my friends with egress windows always have water issues and it leaks from the inside because of all the pressure but Everdry used a portion of their exterior solution to make sure that wouldn?t happen to me. Not the cheapest but absolutely the best!"

"Renewal by Andersen sent a rep to our house. He measured our windows and provided an estimate, after a brief presentation. Initially, we were only going to replace half of our windows. We gave a down payment. The more we thought about it, the financing offer was too good to pass up. So, we asked if we could have our down payment back, and finance the replacement of all of our windows. They were happy to work with us. They gave us our payment back, and quickly helped us with the financing. We scheduled our replacement about 6 weeks in advance. The day of installation, the team arrived promptly at 8 a.m. They were able to get all of the windows in place by noon, and the sealing/installation was complete by about 5 p.m. They left the house very clean, inside and out. The windows were spotless. After the installation, a rep called to double check that everything was in order. She gave us her direct number, in case we had any problems (but, thankfully, there haven't been any issues)."

"It seems that Collier's Glass Block Windows is the only game in town when it comes to glass block windows, so you might think they'd provide lackluster service.  I found that definitely not to be the case.  Mr. Collier showed up on time, analyzed the project, asked a few questions, drew up a proposal, I signed it, and he left.  Few days later the installers came back with the assembled window to install it and it didn't fit.  No worries, they took it back and a couple of days later they came back with another window which they installed.  It was exactly what I wanted.  Took two tries but I wouldn't change a thing. <br />"

"The job went well. Rain delayed the start of the job by about a week. The windows took about 4 days to install. Replaced old wooden windows that wouldn't open along with storm windows. The siding took a bit longer because of a lot of detail work- about two weeks. House looks great- pacific blue siding with white trim. <br />"

"Joel and his son were on time and performed the work in a timely manner. They cleaned up every evening and made the remodel easy to live in. They communicated with us on every decision and were excellent about making sure they were happy with what they were doing. Joel did a beautiful custom window for us which is the highlight of the bathroom. So happy with the whole process. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or hire again."

"Michiana Window World is extremely professional in every respect. <br /> I requested bids to replace my windows from three different contractors - two recommended by local people, and one from Anties List (Michiana Window World). Of the two locally recommended, one ignored me with promises to call back, but not doing so; a second came out (with sidearm), measured windows, but never returned with a quote.  The Window World rep came out with paperwork, measuring tools, and an example window. We saw the product and knew the estimated cost before he left. <br /> We paid 50% up front and scheduled an appointment. Window World later followed-up with us to be sure the date would still work. <br /> When they arrived on the scheduled date, the crew started at 10 AM and had completed their work by 3 PM. There was virtually no evidence that they had even been there. All debris and materials were cleaned up and taken away.  <br /> We have white aluminum siding on our house. Their white vinyl frames and trim worked very nicely.  <br /> The windows have a life-time guarantee and currently we are able to recover about $70/window as an energy savings rebate from the gas company. This was pointed out by the Window World Rep. <br /> Seriously - this company is a MUST when you are requesting a bid on your windows.  <br />"
