"Mark went above and beyond during my cable install. He brought tools that helped the install go much quicker. He had several genius ideas that made things go much smoother. He worked around my limitations and requests, and truly went the extra mile. We tried to get it knocked out early in the day, since we had to be in the attic, in August. We started at 6am to try to beat the heat. We were done by 2:30pm. The attic was super hot by then, but Mark still got up there to finish the cabling runs. Exceptional work ethic, great guy, you can't go wrong! Hire him today. I took the photo of him sticking his entire arm in the ceiling through the tiny cutout for the exhaust fan. He wasn't able to see what he was working on, and had to work only by feel. He got the job done! I couldn't have done it without him."

"They removed our broken down fence and put in a brand new fence within 2 days! Great communication and workmanship!"

"It went well. Fence looks great. Great price. Great quality."

"Very respectful. Job was done in a timely manner. Job site was cleaned up afterwards. The fence looks awesome and I would definitely have them back to put up more fence when we need it."

"What a great company to work with. Excellent job and great, really hard working crew. Took down and hauled away the old 6 ft. fence in back and old picket fence in front. Installed a new 6 ft. vinyl fence and new vinyl picket fence in record time. It's beautiful. Plus the best customer service in the world. "Ulises did a great job on my fence, completed in a timely fashion, & made sure I was satisfied with the job before he left. I found him to be dependable (arriving when he said he would), courteous and patient. I will be calling him again and definitely would recommend him! NOTE: He also paints & landscapes. Yay!"

"I was in the process of selling a house and found out that we would have to have a new deck installed immediately before the closing date. We found Northern Colorado Residential Services and Cory could not have been more helpful or professional. Despite being a somewhat difficult customer, Cory bent over backwards to meet our tight time constraints and to work with our budget. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone in need of home improvement work. Their customer service is outstanding."
