He called back w/n hours to determine status and next steps. He told me he would be over as soon as he could get gasoline for his trucks; he was waiting on a promise from Mayor Cantrell to Provide gasoline two emergency and necessary companies. As he waited throughout the day for gasoline so he can get to me he called me back no less than FOUR TIMES to provide me with a status update! Who DOES that?! How many professionals have you worked with who have been so conscientious and so reliable? Well, D & D Construction destroyed and devastated that assumption.
