Came on time, called on his way, quickly diagnosed the problem with my dryer, fixed it fast while also allowing me to pester him with questions about what he was doing and why, and gave me a lower than expected bill. At my request, he also ordered replacements for some worn parts and came back next week to replace them also, but reassembled the dryer in between so we could use it, and did not charge for the 2nd house call. Even refused the $40 tip I offered, since he's the owner of the one-man company. Very professional! I've also used Scott for stove and refrigerator repair. He never disappoints.
