"Jim is such a down to earth, honest, guy. It shines through in everything he does! He is an advocate when fighting with insurance companies to get coverage. He follows through, even when its an issue with a different contractor. He will jump right in and try to remedy whatever the situation is. We met Jim 5 years ago when we moved and needed a bathroom redone. We have had so many things happen since then and he has just been a blessing in my families eyes. "Woke up with no heat! Right before Christmas! Harris responded instantly and sent out someone to check the problem. Due to incorrect installation, rain had gotten into the improperly sealed roof vents, which in turned fried the transformer, inducer and circuit board. They were at my place bright and early the next morning installing a brand new furnace, more efficient and quieter, with a 10 year warranty. Arranged financing and were finished by 3pm. Everyone from my first phone call to the last service tech was professional, polite, knowledgeable and all around pleasant and really nice people. They will be my go to for heating, AC, plumbing and electrical from here on in. Glad I found them!"
