"Phillip is professional and very knowledgeable on what specific waterproofing is required while not trying to pressure you into a more expensive project. He does a great job educating on how the water is coming into your crawlspace (or at least in my case it was a crawl space job), and he provides a set of solutions to help remedy the situation on a tier basis. Both he and the crew provide helpful videos pre-, during, and post-installation. Recently (as the project was completed months ago), my sump pump began making strange noises that you could feel through the floorboards, and I sent a message to Phillip that evening in an attempt to determine if this was a serious issue. He was quick to respond and informed me a crew would be out to take a look the house the next day (this was on a Saturday). "I had an outside faucet that started leaking. I was very tempted to try to fix it myself or even have one of my neighbors attempt it. After all, ;replacing washers should be easy! Right? However, since the faucet had probably been in place for 30 or more years and I have no working water shut off valve to the house, other than at the street, I was hesitant to let anyone but a professional try the repair. "It went very well. They came out and they were very professional. They did quality work and cleaned up after themselves. The price was very reasonable too. They also did some work on a water line in my garage. They replaced a pipe that was freezing and replaced it with a pipe that would expand. They did not have enough wrap to wrap the whole pipe, but they came back in a few days and finished wrapping the pipe. I did not even have to call and remind them. They just came out and did it."
