"Did a great job mowing, trimming & cleaning up an overgrown lawn. Very punctual & affordable."

"It was such a pleasure to work with both Cody Bolster and Blake Carrow. They were very upbeat, they were very knowledgeable about their products and had amazing suggestions for our siding project."

"It was as smooth as butter. Jon is a great contractor to deal with. His word was his bond and he completed everything he said he would. Work and material were on budget. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Will hire again on my next project."

"Completed. Did a good job and at a reasonable price."

"Called on a Saturday afternoon of a holiday weekend to leave a message for a return call. Carl called me back moments later and actually came out to me house that day to give me an estimate. He was very good about suggestions on some repairs that needed to be done and gave me a price before he left. The job took him about week to complete, and it came out looking great. Carl did a very good job."

"It went great. Installer was very courteous and professional! The end result was fabulous.$"

"After a couple of missed connections, my guttering was replaced. The work looks quite good. Though I wish the scheduling process had gone a little more smoothly, the company was always pleasant to work with and I would be likely to use them again.

"The day after my living room ceiling collapsed (in July 2015) Ryan and Adam of Sooner State Home Repair arrived to cover the gaping hole in the ceiling with a large sheet of plastic and to help me contact my insurance company. Adam met with the adjuster in order to assist with his evaluation of the damage. Sooner State made follow up telephone calls to my insurance company after the adjuster submitted his report in order to insure that all repairs were covered. Because of all the dust and fiberglass that were generated by the collapsed ceiling, the crew thoroughly cleaned the room and covered all items that could not be removed before reconstruction could begin. All doors and walls were covered as well. Two attic rafters had to be framed before drywall and insulation could be installed.  Once the living room was completed, the crew covered everything in the kitchen before dropping the ceiling in order to prepare for its replacement. (Note: both the insurance adjuster and my contractors agreed that a slight bulge in the kitchen ceiling drywall indicated that it was due for replacement.) After the kitchen ceiling drywall and insulation were installed, both ceilings were painted, a new ceiling fan was installed in the living room and 5 pot lights were added to the kitchen ceiling. A few days later, my air ducts were professionally cleaned. Finally at least 5 hours were spent thoroughly cleaning both rooms. I can honestly say that my house has never looked better! Everything this construction crew did (drywall, insulation, painting, electrical, framing, cleaning) was done with expertise and professionalism ."

"Job was handled in a professional manner. With any project of this size, there will be issues that come up. These were handled in a timely manner and were resolved quickly. We would recommend Affordable without hesitation. We had some very minor storm damage occur to our roof a few months after the job. We called Garrett and he was at our house within the hour to check the roof and the repairs were made quickly."

"Cartwright did a wonderful job on both the roof and siding. They worked quickly and the quality exceeded my expectations. I would hire them again without hesitation."
