"Plow and Property has completed several projects for us on a very old and neglected rental property and we are so glad we found them. The first job was a vacant house clean out. The house was left in truly appalling condition. The cleaning crew worked and worked and worked so hard and so long I was telling them to stop. They made a filthy house fresh and pleasant again. I would not have thought it could be restored to such a fresh condition. The next job was replacing the old casement windows which were rotted wood frames in crumbly 1950â s cement. They not only repaired the window foundation area but other foundation ugly spots as well and put in beautiful new sturdy basement sliding windows. They also re-dug and replaced the adjoining window wells which were undoubtedly the original wells and were falling apart. Regraded the foundation area around the wells and reseeded without being asked. While they were in the basement doing the windows they cleaned a bunch of that up too so itâ s no longer a horror movie waiting to be filmed down there. Everything they did was simply above and beyond. Wesley Vercosa has returned my many questions and concerns with lots of information and smiles, bless him. My retired husband worked in construction for many years and he is happy and impressed with the work. We are planning more work with them already."

"My husband and I hired Lasting Strength after a very stressful experience dealing with a previous contractor who did a terrible job remodeling our bathroom--specifically a horrible shower tile job. Adam came to our house to give us an estimate within the week and began work three days later. He was extremely detail-oriented and skilled. He and his associate Danny repaired our bathroom tile work and also did our planned kitchen reno. He did all the carpentry/cabinet work in the kitchen and suggested ideas of how to handle some challenging issues in our kitchen. He executed brilliantly on all these things and left our new kitchen looking exactly as we dreamed it would look. He also recommended a skilled electrician and plumber who we worked with for the other aspects of the kitchen renovation. We were incredibly satisfied with all the work done on our kitchen and bathroom so we asked Adam to repair some rotted wood in our main door entryway area. The wood rot and damage was significantly more extensive than we originally thought, but Adam and Danny did a great job repairing the structural damage and then laid tile over the repaired area. A beautiful tile job, by the way! We couldn't be happier with our home renovation and with our decision to hire Lasting Strength. In addition to being top-knotch professionals, Adam and Danny are also extremely friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for my home. My family will be keeping Adam's number for any future home needs we have. We HIGHLY recommend Lasting Strength."

"Joe and his team at JM Construction performed a full Master bath remodel in our home this winter. Following an initial visit, Joe understood our vision for the bathroom and laid out a precise plan for getting the job done. He and his team worked diligently to execute the plan and he was always there to consult and advise us of progress. Near the end of the project, we encountered a frosen pipe issue due to the very cold winter we have been having. Joe and his plumber moved fast to locate and replace the frozen pipe so that the project could continue. They went above and beyond by replacing a portion of the frozen pipe, while adding insulation and superb painting to get the project moving forward again. No time was lost. The new bathroom is phenomenal and I can't say enough good things about JM Construction. I have already recommended his company to my friends and family. 5 Stars all around."
