Communication was outstanding, the team was amazing, and knew exactly what was going on with the project. Roofing project was completed by early afternoon and the team worked very efficiently to get this done in 1 day. The gutter installation was scheduled immediately after completion and finished 4 days later. Ali, AJ, Jamie and the entire crew were unbelievable and made things stress free. It was amazing how Nixon and his crew removed and replaced all the 50 yr. old trim and created matching moldings inside & out. Everyone worked non-stop and were delightful, respectful of property and very easy to welcome into my home. Nixon is on site, very experienced, and I appreciated his guidance in choosing new materials. He gave choices, explanations & prices on the new trim so I could stay on budget. "Pablo Schroder and his brother Daniel as well as their entire crew are the best contractors that we have ever worked with. They arrived on time, worked tirelessly all day and thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day. They guarantee their work which is rare. Everything that they did looks great. We hired them to do roofs, chimney and trim repair on a 200+ year old house. I am sure it was challenging but we are very pleased with the results. They did not nickel and dime us when they found extra problems. They fixed everything and just told us when they were finished, and did not charge extra. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Arnaldo was/is (the project is no finished yet - waiting for materials) one other the most honest and truthful contractors I have ever dealt with. I had extensive water damage to a room that had to be taken to stud inside and out to repair the damage. Arnaldo always presented multiple options as we discovers more damage and I felt he was working on his home as he was performing the repairs. He, and his assistant, were/ are conscientious, neat, organized, and communicate throughout the process. I highly recommend Arnaldo Duarte. "Rafael replaced my gross old linoleum floor with subfloor and LVP, replaced the toilet and vanity, and finished the floor work with a quarter-round trim. The finishing work was well done; the floor was in bad shape and he fixed it and made it look amazing. If I had more $$ I would have had him redo the entire bathroom. Rafael arrived early, worked the whole day, and consulted me on every step of progress made. Rafael was always professional, polite, respectful, and well-tempered. I have had workers who have come in with foul language, loud music, and on their phones the whole time. Rafael is a rarity - he and his co-worker completely respect the client's home. I definitely would hire him again!"
