I loved that they will come to the home for pickup and delivery as I had no way to get to them. The fellows that pick up and delivery are very nice and knowledgable. They.They are always able to get my flokati cleaned perfectly, any stains removed completely and mothproofed so well. After an elderly pet had an accident on it they were able to enzyme clean it to remove all traces of the accident. The carpet looked like new again and smelled so fresh and clean.
