He was punctual and polite, and kept me looped in on the entire project. He got my sign-off on all of his decisions and ran pricing by me when he needed to buy supplies. "<p>I contacted American Sliding Door to install pet doors in my sliding glass door and in the screen door for the slider.  I was so happy to have a local provider (I like to support the local businesses if possible).</p> <p>I knew I was going to have to replace the glass on the sliding door in order to have the pet door through the glass.  I found the price very reasonable  considering the glass replacement, screen door, and pet door hardware.  They are excellent quality pet doors.  </p> <p>The pet door in the slider comes with two flaps, one inside and outside the glass, this keeps the door insulated.  There are also magnets that hold the pet door closed from wind or airflow.  If you need to remove any of the magnets or flaps to help during the training of your pet, it is fairly easy with this pet door.</p> <p>Despite already having a screen door, the entire screen door needed to be replaced to accommodate the pet door hardware in the screen.  I find the quality of the new screen door much better than the original so I found the additional cost in the screen door to be worth it.</p> <p>The workers were extremely professional.  They offered to install the door shortly after everything arrived in their shop.  Everything came out perfect.  They took there time to make sure we were going to be happy with the end product.</p> <br />"

"The owner , Daneil,  of Lock Genius was out of town but sent an affiiate ( who didn't work directly with him) over right away to assess our issue with door handle that would not work. The owner, Daniel was the nicest and most hard-working person I have probably ever dealt with for service/maintenance issues with our property or home. His affiliate charged $74 to assess issue and I waited a couple weeks for a call back to hear about what parts had been ordered and for a replacement but when I did not hear back I called Daniel and he went to work on it right away - the part was hard to obtain and he called may people to try to find a part but when he could not he figured out a way to use another part to work instead saving us  quite a bit of $ (replacement of door handle would have been $500-600 but in the end parts and labor by Daniel were only $174 more.) He even took a look at some othr things in our loft unit we were concerned about unrelated to the door/lock.  He was always so eager to help , kind and responsive by phone. I woudl highly recommend Daniel to anyone! <br />"

"Both Crow and Andrew were extremely professional, punctual and efficient.  The job required a lot of creativity and patience, which Crow had in abundance.  He offered helpful suggestions to make the move work.  He continually kept me updated on progress and let me know what was left to do.  We had to be at our jobs while the project was being done so Crow just came and went as needed (and graciously reminded me every morning not to set the home alarm system!). <br /> Also, many other contractors did not think there was enough space for the move.  Crow, however, measured the entire area and figured out a way to maneuver the fridge into the space.  I asked several contractors for estimates and most were not even close to the estimate Crow gave me.   <strong>Crow's price is extremely fair.</strong> <br /> Thanks to Crow, our kitchen has a lot more area in which to install cabinets and the fridge is now in a custom built space.  Custom built space for the fridge looks like it has always been that way!   <strong>Clearly Crow is a perfectionist and it is reflected in his finished work.</strong> The finished project was amazing!! <br /> In addition to the project for which we asked, Crow and Andrew took care of a very inconvenient plumbing problem under our house. When they noticed the funky smell in our garage (we didn't know where it was coming from and kept looking for problems somewhere in the garage), they invstigated and found the source of the problem.  A main pipe, located under the house, was old and corroded to the point it had a hole the size of a half dollar in it! It had been leaking for sometime and there was a large puddle of stagnant water.  This leaking pipe was completely unrelated to the project they were hired to do.  Crow and Andrew took the time to replace the corroded pipe, clear out the stagnant water and put kitty litter under the home to sanitize the area and absorb the excess water and smell.   <br /> I will use Crow for any additional projects we may have in the future.  He has a wait list but it is more than worth the wait!   <strong>I simply cannot say enough good things about Crow!</strong> <br /> <br />"
