"A-1 fencing did a great job with my fence and deck. When we requested an estimate with A-1, they came right on time (actually came earlier because they were already in the area) and listened patiently to everything we wanted to get done. They took care of the city permit for our deck and fence while we took care of the HOA permit, which made it very easy for us since we only had to manage one of the permits. Cesar and the team at A-1 was very responsive to my emails, texts, and calls which I really appreciated. When building the actual fencing and decking, the workers were really polite and meticulous. Our house overlooks a pretty steep cliff and our door leading to the deck is very high, so I applaud them for being able to create something so beautiful for us given the conditions they were facing. Throughout the process, Cesar updated me on the timeline of everything and anytime I had a question, I could always call him and have my questions answered. "When we decided to finally upgrade our fence, we scoped out some of the fences in our neighborhood. One of the fences that stood out for its craftsmanship and beauty had a CLM Home Improvements sign on it. I contacted Carlos for a quote and he was responsive, professional, and polite. Carlos listened to our concerns, offered suggestions, and gave us a few options to choose from. We were concerned this process might take a while because we live on a corner and our fence required a permit. In fact, another fence company wouldn't even work with us because our project required a permit. Carlos kept us informed throughout the permit process, which was not as bad as we had anticipated. "We really love and appreciate Arneel’s Tree & Yard. Chris Arneel and Staff are extremely professional and reliable. We had six large shrubs and bushes, that were 20 years old, taken out. We had two tall Leland Cypresses, that were 18 years old, cut down to the stumps. We had them put in fourteen 8’ fence posts along our backyard border. They raked and mulched our flower beds in the front and side of our house. They did a great job removing everything and cleaning up. We have plans to have them back to do some landscaping and concrete service and more."

"We worked with Mason and his team at Sino-American to remove our existing chain link fence and broken iron gate and replace with a new wooden fence and custom built gate for our DC rowhouse. We coordinated with our next door neighbor who was getting the same work done and had worked with Mason before and they built both our fences and gates in teh same day.
