"I couldn’t be more pleased with the TPO flat roof installation completed by ARHT Solutions! I got my shingles replaced by a different company, but the company didn't do work on the rolling roof. As a result, I ended up getting some leaks and hire a different company to address the problem. I got estimates from a few other companies, but decided to go with ARHT because of their track record and fair price for the job. From start to finish, the ARHT team was professional, organized, and efficient. We were able to get get the estimate, draw up a contract and get financed in about two hours. After a brief wait for the weather to warm up a bit, I was able to get the new TPO flat roof system and gutters installed in just about two weeks. I really like that ARHT doesn't outsource their labor - the roofer who completed the job, Juan, was directly trained and employed by ARHT. Juan arrived on time, worked diligently, and impressively completed the job in just one day. He kept me informed throughout the process, ensuring I understood the progress and timeline. Not only did he do excellent work, but he also left the site spotless before leaving. "This is not a normal review, since Basement Masters didn't actually work on our house. We called them because of moisture in our basement walls. They came out, and determined that the problems were of a different nature than what they do and required the services of a carpenter to fix a faulty deck. They very easily could have sold us on a bunch of work that wouldn't have solved the issue, but instead gave us an honest assessment. They are honest, ethical, and won't take advantage of you. That was truly refreshing, and shows the kind of people they are. Call them!"

"Hired them to do a BGE home energy audit, and Larry Tennant performed this for the company. This included an inspection of the attic insulation which resulted in a lot of ceiling drywall essentially coming off the joists, multiple nails popping through the paint. I was really unhappy with this new problem, since what was supposed to be a $100 energy audit now led to damage that would cost several hundred dollars to repair. From Larry's point of view, the ceiling drywall likely had pre-existing problems making it vulnerable to damage from the inspection, something he had no way of knowing. After a lot of discussion, Larry contributed $500 toward the costs of fixing the ceiling, a reasonable compromise for both parties since the drywall already appeared to have pre-existing issues. Through the experience, he was professional, responsive, and was 100% committed to finding a mutually agreeable solution months after the audit was completed. Even though I would have rather never gone through the experience, I have the highest level of respect for Larry's integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would gladly hire him again if we needed his services again."

"This is the second job we've used Riggs Landscaping for and I can't say enough about how impressed I am with his work. The first job was the installation of pavers from the driveway and onto the front steps, replacing the 'builder' cement. His experience shows, from the suggestions and implementation of sloping the terrain away from the foundation of the house which completely eliminated any water leakage which was occurring in the basement. I constantly receive compliments on how beautiful the pavers look! This job entailed the installation of a path from the front of the house to the back deck stairs. Most of the area was on a hill so it meant leveling it, putting in pressure treated lumber to build up the sides and burying the drain spouts. Perfect again! He cleans up, he's on time, and just an honest nice man. I would HIGHLY recommend him!"
