"After moving into our new house, my wife wanted a new look to the dated kitchen, so I decided that after work and on weekends, I would sand, stain, and refinish the cabinets. After several dozen hours of work, regret set in as blisters formed on my fingers from the sanding and the stain wasn't giving me a uniform color. I then contacted Pyramid Granite. The Pyramid Granite team was great! They patiently talked us through options and worked with us to get an amazingly beautiful kitchen that regularly receives compliments from family and friends."

"The work by US Granite was done right and at a competitive price. I am very satisfied."

"Josh the designer was amazing, Oscar and Giovanni, the technicians did an excellent work! I am extremely pleased with their work. I love my re-model of wood porcelain tile floors and granite countertops and fixtures for both bathrooms."

"We had a great experience with Granite Works. We contracted our countertop work on July 28th. We feel very fortunate to have met Art. He is very professional and not a high pressure sales person.  He was more of a designer and he took us out to the slab yard helping us find slabs that matched our kitchen design and equally important budget.. We were able to use their sample cabinet materials and coordinate them with the slabs, colors, movement and patterns.  He advised us on the best cuts, edgings, care, etc. Once we selected the granite within a few minutes, Art presented us with an estimate on the spot.  We placed a 50% deposit and the next day the office assistance called us to schedule our on site template. The template process was easy and thorough. It is very helpful if you take your kitchen photos with you and your detailed measurements.  That way your estimate is accurate and Art can help you with balancing movement, appropriate area for seams, if any.  Granite works provided the granite, onsite measurements, sink options, bull nose edging and included all cut outs, plus an Angie's List discount. Our price was $2500 less than a company in  the Mt. Airy. Within a week we had a template completed, in two weeks the fabrication of 2 slabs, and the installation of occurred on  August 9th. In 1 day! We elected to forego their 4" backsplash option and we designed and installed our own. Art's design consultation was very helpful.  After we finished 1/2 the backsplash we sent Art a thank you email with a photo.  He was so surprised and we were surprised and happy 1) he remembered us, and 2) he liked our natural stone tile work.  We recommend Granite Works for quality, professionalism and price.  Good luck and thanks Angie's List. Art and Granite Works Rocks!!"

"It’s my absolute pleasure to recommend Dan Millard at the American Kitchen Company. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the time working with Dan and came to know him as a truly valuable asset to our kitchen renovation project. He is honest, dependable, and incredibly hard-working. Beyond that, he is an impressive communicator who is always ready to get the job done. His knowledge of contracting and expertise in subcontracting was a huge advantage to our entire kitchen renovation. He put his time and effort 110% into our dream kitchen project, even when presented with a few challenges. Not only did he finish our project on time, but he added an extra surprise for us at the end. Dan always provides service with a smile, and we are forever grateful! Along with his undeniable talent, Dan has always been an absolute joy to work with. He is a true team player, and always manages to foster positive discussions and bring the best out of people. I can honestly say that he was not only a great business partner, but a true friend in the entire process from start to finish of our home project. On top of everything, he was even in the middle of a personal surgery, but still was able to have our kitchen done just in time for the holiday. This separates the other competition and truly indicates his passion for his craftsmanship and dedication to his clients! Without a doubt, I confidently recommend Dan to anyone who is looking for remodeling projects, specifically in his kitchen designs. As a dedicated and knowledgeable project coordinator and an all-around great person, I know that he will exceed all your expectations. Our house is now a home."

"Did and excellent job repairing the seam in my granite countertops."

"Excellent. This is our second time using Handyman at Your Command. We are very happy with their work and will schedule again for drywall, carpentry, light fixture replacement and other work. Tracy was excellent in scheduling the work to meet our needs. She is very quick to return calls and messages. Noel (the handyman assigned to us) did a great job. He is knowledgeable, efficient, professional and very pleasant to deal with. He advised us on the best and least costly way to conduct our repairs and them proceeded to complete the work without fuss. Pricing is fair and work quality is excellent. We highly recommend this company."

"This is the second time we used Mason and his crew. Capitol Hill home that needed a stucco makeover. The house looks great and the entire process was seamless and stress free. Mason is a pro and his communication every step of the way is fantastic. His crew works hard and are very meticulous with every detail. Would highly recommend."
