He’s very knowledgeable about the work and passes along the information that you need to know about the treatment he’s doing and ways to keep it up. Because of the traffic of our kids and the pets, I will continue to use Rich annually for a deep clean on my carpets. It’s such a good job and it changes the entire house when he’s done. He did our upholstery too on the two sofas."
