They did whatever little things I noticed in the completed work. They moved all the furniture and appliances back into place. They were very nice, professional, and it was obvious they wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I really appreciate their solid work ethic, and politeness. When it comes time to do another flooring project, I will definitely be calling these guys."

"We started out rough - the flooring guy they sent didn't know what he was doing by the end of the 2nd day, the floor was a total mess. I sent the Installation Manager an email who as soon as he saw the message the called of the first installer and sent in a Super Star the next day. As soon as the new installer looked of the 2 days worth of flooring he called the Manager and report it all had to be torn up and replaced. And that's exactly what they did - COMPLETELY! Also, the flooring that was being put down looked nice in the sample but on the floor it was too dark. I called the Manager and asked since it all had to be taken up could we select a different color - NO PROBLEM! Done and it all looks great. My only question is how did a non qualified tech get sent to do the job in the first place???"
