"From the moment I met Joe I knew I wanted him to do the job. He actually listened to ME unlike several other estimates I had gotten. He also had some good ideas as well. We put in a semi above ground pool last year. I knew I wanted pavers for a large patio as well as I wanted to cover up the pool wall facade. First his estimate for the job was unlike anything Iâ ve ever seen. It was so specific and left nothing unanswered/ unexplained. I knew exactly what I was getting . In the end I got my paver patio. We went with Cambridge 3-piece ledge stone for the patio and then on the pool wall facade we used Stonecraft Mountain ledge cultured stone in the Charleston color. We capped off the pool copping with Cambridge ledge stone in the mocha color. While this work was being done Joe noticed that the soil in our backyard was very wet. He had to remove more than he thought. We found out through neighbors that a creek used to run behind our house. Joe actually found a tank buried in the ground. It was used to hold additional runoff water to prevent flooding into our basement. It was rotted through which explained why our basement did flood from time to time. Joe and his crew put in a storm water retention and diversion system, so now if we get heavy rain the water is taken away from our house . Iâ m happy to say itâ s working very good. The last thing we did in our backyard was we added a stepping stone walkway into the backyard from the fence on the other side of our house. For that we used Nicolich stepping stones in the autumn coltswold color. We are beyond happy with how our backyard came out. It looks so much bigger than it originally did. From start to finish Joe and his team did an amazing job. I canâ t say enough good things about him. Several people on my block have since used him for jobs. You canâ t beat his prices nor the quality of his work."

First of all, a live person actually answered their business phone and, on the spot, set up an appointment for a consultation and estimate. The woman we spoke with was polite, warm and competent. John Starkie came out to our house several days later, listened to our wish list, surveyed the area and wrote up a detailed estimate. Mr. Starkie is a personable fellow but more importantly, he is a straight shooter. We liked him from the beginning and our instincts were proven to be correct. He wrote up our estimate on a Friday, by the following Tuesday our project was complete. He organized and coordinated everything: the scheduling of the cement mixer and the power washer to interface with his own technicians and move the project along most efficiently. "Sal and his crew did a lot of work for us last year - paver walkways, patio, and raised deck. He was great, quick, reasonable and we were thrilled with the work. We’ve gotten lots of compliments on the yard since then. We had a pool added on to the paver deck since then and when we reopened the pool this year we noticed that the pavers had sunken in a bit in the middle. I waited all summer to call Sal about it because I was afraid of the hassle I was sure it would be to get it fixed. I emailed Sal this week and he called me within 24 hours. He came that day to look at it and within another 24 hours, he and his crew had repaved the whole deck. No questions and no charge. He also replaced two stones that we had damaged, as a courtesy. Such a pleasure to work with and we’ll continue to give him our business."

"I can't say enough about King Pavers. Julio, Edelson and the team did an amazing job on our new driveway, walkway, patio, porch and landscape wall! Our only mistake was not calling Julio first. We began this project in March with another company, and were left with nothing - no new driveway, non-existent communication. We found King Pavers after a new search of paving contractors and noticed that King Pavers had stellar reviews, so we called for an estimate in September. Julio responded promptly, visited with us, and immediately demonstrated why his company was so well-regarded. He is knowledgeable, professional and thorough. He offered great design ideas that none of the other firms we met with had. We decided to go with King Pavers, and planned on doing the project in December (weather permitting) or in the spring. We lucked out - this month has been warm, so King Pavers scheduled the job. It took four days from start to finish - Julio and his team showed up every day before 8am, and worked full days to make it happen. The work was neat, they made sure to clean up the job site each day, and communication was excellent as Julio explained everything that was going to be worked on each day. As for the end result - I can't say enough how happy we are with the work King Pavers did for us! I'm pretty picky, and I have yet to find ANYTHING to complain about, LOL - Pavers are level (yes, I took a level to all the work to confirm), cuts are clean and precise, and the job looks AMAZING. Seeing the quality of the work, my neighbor asked Julio to fix issues with his existing paver walkway done by someone else, and was so happy with the work he is now planning future work with King Pavers (and two other neighbors were so impressed they asked for King Paver's contact info). I don't write many reviews - usually if I am very pleased or really unhappy. Julio and King Pavers did what they said they would, communicated well throughout the process, and dealt with us with honesty. They earned our business and through their effort, this 5 star review. He was patient with us as we decided on which stone to use, navigated tricky installation around basement windows and grills, and installed the patio in a single day! His team cleaned up all materials and were very precise in the stone cuts and cement seams. It has been almost a year since installation and it has held up beautifully, even through the snow and salt this winter!"
