He explained how he was going to repair it and placed the new ice shield/flashing and tied it in with the existing counter flashing against the brick in the valley. He proposed a very reasonable price {compared to another estimate} which I accepted. Their crew arrived on time, stripped the old roof off, and then were very deliberate and thorough in preparing the roof for application of the membrane and interfacing shingles.
