They cleanup up every day and the final cleanup was spotless. Communications and customer interaction was also top notch. This started with the initial sales and planning right up through the final cleanup. They were never too busy to answer a question or explain what they were doing. "I was very happy that I decided to hire Ideal Home Improvement for the cabinet refacing piece of my kitchen remodel. The experience was completely painless. Alex is honest, skilled, professional, punctual, tidy and pleasant. He refaced the cabinets, removed a valance and other useless cabinet toppers (I don't know what they're called), built and installed new cabinet doors and installed pull out drawers in the bottom cabinets. He arrived on time each day and cleaned up afterwards. He did a beautiful job. There was a small nick on one of the cabinet doors that I probably wouldn't have noticed, but he noticed and ordered a replacement. As soon as it arrived, he contacted me about replacing it. Lee guided us step by step during the entire process of picking our cabinets, counters, flooring and the design of a custom cat area to accommodate a pet drinking fountain. Ian and his crew did an outstanding job installing the cabinets and the finish work. Any concerns we had were addressed timely and to our satisfaction. All subcontractors (floor, electric, plumbing, and counter tops) were excellent. Any concerns were addressed fully.
