"????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

My experience with Affordable Cabinet Refacing was beyond my expectations. From the first phone call to Debra, her thorough and clearly presented email outlining the process to Chuck's informative visit to present (exhuberantly, but not high pressure) my options, I felt very comfortable moving forward. When Shawn arrived to measure (a kitchen initially built over 150 years ago), I was beyond impressed with his meticulous measuring and attention to detail.
