Mike and his crew, who are amazing, poured a big patio for us, leveled the whole yard, built a fence, put in sprinklers, handled drainage from our downspouts, put in sod and even widened our driveway. My neighbors and friends are blown away by the change. We have a gorgeous backyard now intead of a brown hill. They came up with ways to save me money, were great to work with, respectful of our home and worked so hard and with such a great attitude I sort of missed them when they were gone. Many friends thought the project cost twice as much. He gave us a whole new space in the backyard and was fun to work with. I am going to use them for our front yard too. "A slope in our yard made the space hard to use, so we added a retaining wall. Way To Go Builders managed the project and suggested a reinforce concrete footing to support the block wall above it. The crew dug a deep trench, installed rebar, and poured a solid base. Once cured, the wall was built up and capped for a clean look. Drainage was included with weep holes and gravel backfill, which prevents water buildup behind the wall. The wall spans nearly 40 feet, transforming the yard into usable, level space."

"G&L came out to hardscape our lawn, planter box and driveway. Mike met with us a few times and gave us designs and layout for planter (and some drought resistant plants that will continue to grow). We also had a few meetings with Dee to discuss the schedule, design, paving stone samples (from Angeles stone), and address drainage solutions for the synthetic lawn. Very accommodating to our schedule - holding off for 2 weeks while we were out of town. Once work started, Carlos and his did a quick and superb job with demo, clearing, pavers and turf. They were all super friendly and answered any and all questions we had during the process. We're happy with result(s) and would recommend!"
