"Jason replaced an over the stove microwave and installed a new range for us. There were a few challenges on the microwave due to the last install (that wasn't done properly) and he took care of all of that beautifully. He cleaned up as he worked. We would hire him again."

"Big Mike is a gem! He came out the next day after we spoke, was very knowledgeable about my dishwasher issue that was preventing us from being able to do dishes. He even took the time to educate me on what the issue was, which goes a long way to me. I know who to call next time one of our appliances go out on us."

"I called John for an estimate on installing a backsplash in my kitchen. John indicated that he was happy to provide an estimate and do the work but he may be more expensive because of location. I did end up using a local company but John went over an above my expectations by continuing to offer his help/answer any questions even though I wasn't using his services. Stellar business practice! If I living in the Ocala area I would absolutely call John for other work.

"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."

"I called about having my garbage disposal checked/replaced because it was leaking. Max arrived and I requested he also check my water filters under the sink which also was leaking. He fixed both items with no problems. I received very polite and professional work. will call them again if needed."
