"Huge thanks to CJ and his team at 360 Degree Construction for an incredible job on my concrete project! From start to finish, they completed everything in one week! (This was super important with dogs that are used to using backyard to do their business.) Today was the final day of cleanup, power washing and sealing the concrete. CJ was amazing to work with—professional, meticulous, and always communicating the plan for the next day. I never had to wonder what was happening, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. "Review: Spoke with Paul and described what we wanted completed on our front stoop. He was able to come out and discuss possible solutions that would work for us. The estimate was very reasonable for the small job. Once we reviewed the estimate and agreed, Paul and his partner consulted on configuration of the plan for the additional landing and side walk area, they came out, framed, got the concrete poured and finished the two areas on one of the hottest days so far. We were pleased with the finished product and would recommend them to anyone."

"The surface of the concrete looks good, but that's about the only plus I can give. I requested that the curb match what is currently installed up and down the block. I even pointed to the neighbors curb and driveway across the street and said to match that. What they put in doesn't match and now leaves a notched out section of asphalt in the street where their curb sticks out further. When I complained about it, the guy had the nerve to say if it was in front of his house that's how he would like it. (personally I couldn't care less what he wants in front if his house). Then about six months later I found that the base under the concrete in front of the garage wasn't deep enough and the water from the roof got under the concrete, froze, lifted the slab and inch above the floor of the garage... and then cracked. They said all they could do is fix the crack. Which is useless unless they tear it out and fix the base so the water has someplace to go."

"This is the first time I've had repair work done where the crew looked like they could be on one of those HGTV shows like Holmes on Homes. Here's why: <br> <ul> <li>Level of attention to detail. They spent a lot of time sanding and patching the concrete edges of the house/stoop/garage before they started pouring the driveway/walkway. They spent hours smoothing and shaping the concrete. <br></li> <li>Staff was friendly and extremely hard-working. Besides lunch, they seemed to never take a break.<br></li> <li>Accurate quoting. We made a change the day of the project which required a bit less concrete. Sure enough, we were charged for less concrete.</li> <li>Good equipment. They had a wide array of heavy machinery, power tools, and hand tools. Probably 30 different specialized tools were used to make sure everything was perfect.</li> <li>They did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves and leaving everything looking as it was before they started. They carefully kept the sod they had dug up around the edges and replaced it after they removed the wooden forms.</li> </ul>All in all, it went perfectly. This is the third time I've had concrete work done and these guys were the best yet. <br>"

"We contacted Mendoza due to the positive reviews on Angie's List. We were contacted in a timely fashion to discuss our landscape project. The bid was very competitive. Work was completed quickly. Upon completion all debris was removed and the worksite looked immaculate. <br /> We also asked them to bid on replacing our concrete driveway. Again, bid was competitive. We scheduled the driveway replacement for later this week. <br />"

"The roofing part was great--very good job and the contractor saved us a lot by working with the insurance company to get a settlement for hail damage (that the contractor noticed that we didn't). <br /> The first remodeling project (kitchen) was great--new sink, dishwasher, counter tops, tile backsplash, lighting fixtures. It turned out very nice and the cost was very reasonable--saving on that made the second remodeling project possible. <br /> The second remodeling part had a few glitches--mostly because it was done in the dead of this very hard winter (not a good idea) and because things had to be done in haste and several unforeseen problems came up.  <br /> The siding and shed construction went well--it looks great--they did a fine job. <br /> Two minor critiques (just to keep things honest): it took longer than I think it should have to get the trash removed--especially on the winter project--snow and cold complicated that, but still. And trying to get the "punch list" completed was a little slow; a couple of times I just did it myself. <br /> The contractor is very busy (must mean he's in demand--a good thing, right?) so it takes some patience and clear communication. <br /> We have a couple more projects coming up and we will definitely call AR Construction. <br />"
