"Extremely well. House was always protected from any damage due to shingle removal. Crew was polite with good work ethics. Always punctual and always informed what portion of the job was going to be accomplished that day. The ladders and roofing supplies were always stowed away at the end of the work day. Clean up of debris and nails was done throughout the job. All nails were removed with a large magnetic tool throughout the day and before the crew left for the day. The number and type of crew required for the job was very well coordinated."

"The job went more smoothly than I expected. We had to replace our front door, as well as the surrounding framing and the sill underneath do to water damage. The extent of the damage couldn't really be determined until they got into it and had removed the existing door and flooring inside, and turned up to be a little worse than hoped, which was communicated to us immediately, along with what needed to be done to repair and that it would be an additional cost. They also had to remove the vinyl siding around the door, and the electrical outlet nearby, noted the corrosion in the electrical box and replaced that as well. On both the inside and outside it is better than the original installation. Start to Finish the Job took 5 working days, although the last two days were minimal, only extended because of replacing the tile that had to be removed, and allowing it time to cure before walking on. The guys were professional and friendly and not a disruption to our busy life with kids. We're very pleased with the job, and will call Eric Higgins for additional work in the future."

"We couldn't be happier with Quinn's Installation's work. It's early January and we've enjoyed our new windows and door for two months and want to share our experience that the entire process from estimate to completion was a pleasure. We met with several contractors to plan the replacement of our 20, 1940s vintage first floor windows and one large sliding glass door. Willie Quinn walked us through the installation process and demonstrated a sample window's features. He came across as the craftsman he is rather than a salesman. He returned every phone call promptly and kept us informed during the entire job. We even took him up on his recommendation to visit the nearby Paradigm window factory to inspect the windows and doors further. Quality windows and doors are important, but skilled installation is even more important. Dennis Quinn and installers Scott and Gary were incredible. They were completely professional, took obvious pride in their work, and cleaned up as they went. Every window frame cavity Willie said would be insulated and caulked, was. Scott was a master on the table saw, ultimately fashioning a beautiful and beautifully trimmed bay window out of a large picture window flanked by double-hung windows. Dennis and the guys removed our old rotted door, repaired the door frame, installed and insulated around the new door, and replaced all indoor and outdoor trim (using all quality materials – no shortcuts). Again, the quality of their workmanship and materials cannot be understated. We plan to have Quinn's Installation replace our remaining windows in the coming months. Our home’s previous owner replaced the upstairs windows about five years ago, but the windows are cheaply made, drafty, poorly installed, and don’t compare to Paradigm Windows installed by the Quinn’s. In the future, we wouldn't hesitate to call them for roof and siding work too!"
