"I received a text from home advisor to contact Mr Pulido. I did. He had me send pictures of garage door opener and door. He then called me back and walked me thru fixing it myself. Adjustment process took less than 5 minutes and my door was working fine afterwards. He said this would last about 6 months to a year before having to replace opener. I thought I was going to end up paying alot of money to get it fixed. I truly appreciate that he took the time to help me, his honesty and his integrity. Junior Cardona was the installation technician and the projected arrival time was set for between 8 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Junior arrived by 8:45 a.m., completed the removal of the old wooden door and installed the new track and metal door and was done in less than 5 hours doing the whole job by himself which was very impressive!"
