"The first guy came over and took pictures on an ipad and gave an estimate. I have tile on the first portion of the roof and then the rest is a graded flat roof. He entered the roof from the front meaning he walked on the tiles. After the repairs we completed, we had another big storm and the roof leaked where the tiles were. I later learned you are not supposed to walk on tile. I think he may have disturbed something causing the new leak. He was professional and explained all of the costs, showed me photos. The actual repair person came while I was at work and did the repairs. He sent pictures of all of the completed work. The leak that I called for repair was repaired and never leaked again. He cleaned up the roof as well. I was happy with this. I tried contacting them again but never received a reply. Overall, they got the job done but I believe more care should be taken on a tile roof. I think they should be more responsive to emails because I would have used them again. They were responsive to the initial scheduling and consultation but after that, I could not get a reply."

"During the first rain of the year, our roof sprung several leaks in the same general area. Given that the roof was 37 years old, there was the probability of more leaks as time went on. We decided to replace the entire roof, not the barrel tiles which were in good shape, just the underlayment. Through Angie's list we selected and checked out four companies. Three of the subsequent bids were in a relatively tight band. The fourth was too low and discarded. AP Roofing was the lowest of the three. For us the lowest price was not necessarily the best. AP Roofing, in the person of David, really impressed us. Specifically he pointed out areas of run off improvement and presented us with a contract the terms of which were superior to the others in many respects. On that basis we accepted his bid. Work started on time, daily cleanup was excellent and the work progressed as promised. The only exception being a day's delay due to high wind conditions. Work was completed on time. \We are very satisfied with David and AP Roofing in their professional manner, workmanship, adherence to time schedules and their overall responsiveness to our concerns. We definitely recommend them."

After seeing their excellent work on a neighbor's home, as well as other positive reviews on Angie's List we contacted them for a complete repainting of our house, including a detached three car garage and some interior walls and trim. From the very first meeting with Kevin, one of the co-owners, we knew we were in good hands. All their crew members are regular employees, not sub-contractors. One painter told us that he has been with Foothill for eleven years. The estimate was detailed and professional. They not only painted... They also did quite a bit of stucco and window glazing repair. The prep work was meticulous. What we appreciated the most was their attitude that they would do whatever it took to make sure we were satisfied. Too bad so many businesses don't understand the value of that! Also, they were very careful when moving things out of the way and the cleanup was great. The project manager was easygoing, skilled, honest and perfectionist!! For sure there was no pressure of any kind which caused us to feel very comfortable with him.
