"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. Within a couple days from the initial phone call I already had an estimate and once i decided to go with them the installation was completed in one week. Its been a little over a month since they completed the install and everything is working smoothly.

"The first guy came over and took pictures on an ipad and gave an estimate. I have tile on the first portion of the roof and then the rest is a graded flat roof. He entered the roof from the front meaning he walked on the tiles. After the repairs we completed, we had another big storm and the roof leaked where the tiles were. I later learned you are not supposed to walk on tile. I think he may have disturbed something causing the new leak. He was professional and explained all of the costs, showed me photos. The actual repair person came while I was at work and did the repairs. He sent pictures of all of the completed work. The leak that I called for repair was repaired and never leaked again. He cleaned up the roof as well. I was happy with this. I tried contacting them again but never received a reply. Overall, they got the job done but I believe more care should be taken on a tile roof. I think they should be more responsive to emails because I would have used them again. They were responsive to the initial scheduling and consultation but after that, I could not get a reply."

"Fine. Although, It turned into a complicated project. The drain was so old and stopped up it could not be opened. The brick had to be drilled apart and a new pipe had to be placed. And the whole line hydrojetted. But it’s now fixed and flows freely. I also had another line hydrojetted."

"I decided to plant big trees on the the front yard for much-needed shade. I wanted a stone retaining wall, actually several. I also requested a few more on the back, making sure I had enough space for these trees. Indeed they did a great job. I am pleased with the punctuality of the team, they worked pretty fast. "I have a lot of items that I store in the bathroom, and my bathroom that I had before the remodeling project had zero place for storing things, which meant that everything was either on the counter of the vanity or on the floor. They took my wishes to heart and executed them. Which was the case with all the decisions I made. If I was uncertain, they offered extremely helpful advice and suggestions, but they made sure that I was getting the bathroom that I wanted. I really enjoyed working with them and will hire them again if I can come up with another project for them to work on."

"I contacted Real Construction to completely remodel my Bathroom. The bathroom before the remodel was built in 1989 with old and ugly tile. The toilet was leaking and the smell of sewage was quite bat at times. Sion, the contractor and owner, definitely  has  a modern style and had great recommendations for what a great modern bathroom would look like. The estimate was very accurate to what the final cost was. He only used high-quality material which were still cost-effective and within my budget. The tile work,drywall work,appliances, ceiling, spacious walk in shower, painting,faucets  were done and installed by Real Construction and their amazing team. My experience with Real Construction have been nothing but AMAZING. I would recommend Real Construction to anyone that needs remodeling done anywhere on their property. "They installed sliding glass door for me. They did a poor job of it. While framing it, they ignored or grossly misread the structural engineer's drawings (failing to install a column attached to the ground), which seemed incredibly dangerous. They only installed it after my wife noticed it before they covered it up, and then they still needed me to verify with the structural engineer that a column should actually go all the way to the footing. Thank God my wife saw it. They left trash and debris everywhere throughout the project. They also improperly sealed the door, and now it leaks whenever it rains. We have tried to call them to fix the seal around the door multiple times. They said they would fix it, but now they simply do not return our calls. Avoid this contractor!"
