"Barely a month ago we first contacted System Pavers to consider having them replace our driveway. Today, I signed off on completion of the project, which was extremely smooth from start to finish. When James Jordan, our design consultant first met with us via video conference, he already had Google images of our property, and was therefore well prepared to discuss what we wanted to do. Based on that meeting, he prepared a first draft plan for what we wanted, which he brought to our home only about 3 days later, along with material samples. At the end of that marathon meeting, we had a game plan for a 2- or 3-phase project: first replacing our driveway and then -- if we were satisfied with phase 1, moving on to the back patio and yard. Two weeks later, construction started, with Jimmy Jackson as our Project Manager and Temo as his crew chief, and now -- less than a week later, everything is completed and beautiful. During the course of construction, we encountered a couple of minor glitches -- nothing major -- and each time, Jimmy's attitude (and that of everyone working with him) was, "no problem -- we can fix that." Meanwhile, our neighbors have been working (with a different company!) on a similar project for the past 4+ months. Needless to say, they are in awe of how quickly our transformation was completed!"

That is said with being a property manager for the last 20 years and I can safely say Seth is the best contractor and best crew I have worked with compared to any contractors. He calls specific gardeners and then gives me a price. I pay them. I have some plants and trees and things like that which cost me a little bit more. They're great. I did't ask for a specific time. I chose the gardener that I could give a key in case I'm not here. They are definitely trustworthy."

"We wanted a textured finish, so after the concrete was set up hard enough, etching fluid was poured and left to dry. The next morning Efrain used a power washer to remove the milky white film to reveal the textured surface. <br /> When the job was completed, they made sure their work area was all cleaned up real nice. One of the crew even watered the rose bush that had to be removed from the soil and placed in a container. Friendly,  professional, and competent, the owner Efrain and and his crew were a pleasure to work with, and we heartily recommend them for your concrete projects from small to large. <br /> Care in execution, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction are qualities all occurring in good measure by Egald Construction. <br /> I put N/A for the price rating because I'm not sure what "good" or "excellent" means in a price rating. Does "excellent" mean cheapest price, or does it mean, as was the case with this review, there was an "excellent" match between money spent and value received?  I'm happy to pay a fair price for excellent work, so to me "fair" is the highest possible rating in regards to price. Anyway, I have no qualms about the amount paid for the job. <br />"

"The Belmans did an amazing job of installing pavers and decorative walls. They were very easy to work with, they explained everything clearly. Alexis came by to check on the crew and made sure that we were informed of the job that took about 2 weeks to complete. We looked at other companies to do the job but we were unhappy with either the pricing, the quality, or the customer service. "He provided the name of the engineer he would use for the structural considerations and the draftsman for the submission of plans to the City of LA for all permit requirements. As soon as the permits were issued he began work immediately. I was on site for the entire project and was extremely well pleased with the workers used, from framers to drywaller, all were excellent.  He kept me informed of all details and progress of the job.  The city inspections went smoothly.  Adam also offered decorating suggestions and referrals for flooring.  I will certainly use Adam for any future projects. <br />"

"Our family interviewed a couple of contractors to help us remodel our guesthouse. From the start, Guy came with a professional and exciting energy that made us feel comfortable with going with Builderzz. Guy was upfront about what he thought was possible/safe and you knew he was paying attention because he never missed a detail! Although Builderzz was not the lowest quote, we appreciated the reasonable, itemized and thorough estimate! For this particular project, we had our guesthouse's kitchen, flooring, and bathroom redone. The remodel looks immaculate! The best part about working with Guy and Builderzz Remodeling was their dedication to quality and speed (it was not one or the other). I've worked with other contractors and they were NEVER on schedule. I was shocked at how quickly they moved through the house. However, I also really appreciated Guy's dedication to quality. Our piping was completely outdated and Guy automatically updated the piping because his team didn't feel comfortable with the old piping (I LOVE THAT!) On top of that, Guy was great about communicating timelines, expectations, and questions with me. I'm usually at work during business hours so Guy was great through e-mail and text which I really needed to complete this project. With any project there can always be hiccups. Guy and team never try to deflect blame or make excuses. I think this is extremely important and speaks volumes to their character. Guy always tries to make all things right. This is why I will be working with them again in the future! Do not hesitate to give them a call!"
