His crew, Sean and Nick, were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure the job got done correctly. I mostly worked with Sean on multiple projects including, replacing kitchen sink, replacing bath faucet, various plumbing issues that existed in 50 year old house that had not been maintained, dry wall repair, interior painting, wall paper removal, cabinet removal and anything else that came up in relation to this work. I will definitely use this service again for future projects. Sean has a lot of experience in many different areas and seems to truly enjoy his work. "This is the second time I hired Tim to paint interior walls he is such a wonderful man, he came with his helper Tim (yes both are Tim’s) he also is a super nice and friendly guy. I was so happy that Tim was able to come a couple of days later and paint living room, dining and hallway their workmanship is second to none excellent, he goes out his way and even painted door trim and touched up a few other spots that were not part of the job, if need a top quality job done you need to call Tim Bast painting you will not regretted."

"I wanted a home office/man cave room built in our basement. John was able to have his team start when we agreed and the carpentry, painting, and flooring work was done extremely well. There was only one pre-existing wall so this was mostly a completely new room within a partially finished basement. We had some issues with the electrician (Gillitzer Electric) because I had specific light fixtures and electrical layouts that I wanted done. It took them several attempts to get the correct lights. If you want any light fixtures that are not standard I would recommend purchasing them yourself. Other than that everything ended up being done exactly as I wanted, but a little more expensive than I would have preferred for a single room given I did additional insulation and all of the audio-video wiring myself. This is partly on me as I opted for some more expensive ceiling tiles and solid wood doors that are not standard items. Regardless I would definitely recommend John and would hire him again."

"Wow, we are impressed! Our home's exterior needed fresh paint. Having painted it myself ten years ago, I knew how much work was involved. I also knew I didn't want to be on a tall ladder now that I'm past 60. We searched for local painters and got some quotes. TPC's price was good and they didn't try to upsell us. They also had a carpenter available to replace some trim. That my brother and sister had both used TPC made them an easy choice. Working with Ben and TPC was easy. - I requested Sherwin-Williams Emerald Rain Refresh instead of TPC's usual SW Superpaint. No problem. Ben added a modest upcharge which was about the actual cost difference to TPC. - I wanted to do some near-ground repair work before TPC painted. No problem. Ben brought me a gallon each of paint and primer, and a tube of caulk. - I asked Ben for advice (what would he do if this was his house) and he gave good advice, even though it meant less billable work for him. - I wanted a second coat in some areas, extra attention in others, and some areas skipped. No problem. Ben and his crew did everything requested and they did it very well. Ben, Adam and their TPC crew arrived yesterday and finished the last bits this morning. Our home looks great and we couldn't be happier. We would gladly hire them again (but don't expect to need to for a good, long time). PS: TPC's carpenter, Erich, was great to work with, too. His actual cost came in at about half of his original quote."

"We could not be happier with the work that Jason and the team at Fair & Square did at our home! As ours is an older house, built in the 1920's, the challenge was to add built in bookshelves and a mantel that would look like they were original to the house. To complicate things the previous owner had stained the hardwood floors with a custom stain. Fair and Square knocked it out of the park and would highly recommend for any custom work you may need."
