He found that the Costco guys that assembled the dryer had not connected the electrical hook up correctly (which could have resulted in one of us being shocked via 220V, or started a fire - something to think about when ordering thru Costco). He rush ordered the repair parts, and came on New Years Day to complete the repair. It works properly now. I have no complaints, only compliments for Gary."

"Water heater was replaced on Friday morning and everything was fine. ?The technicians were respectful, efficient and personable. ?Saturday morning I discovered that the connecting pipe to the water heater had cracked shooting water everywhere and flooding my laundry room. ?I called and Mike took the call and on the phone talked me through shutting the water off. ?Within the hour he was at my house to assess what had happened and made the necessary repairs and I had a water heater back in just a few hours. ?Unfortunately the pilot went out and I wasn't able to restart it later in the day, I guess it was just too wet. ?I called back and explained the situation and to my delight and surprise rather than talk me through what to do Mike drove back out to my house to make sure the water heater pilot was lit. ?If you want excellent customer service you can not go wrong with this company. ?I will definitely use them in the future for any heating or plumbing issues. ?"
