"Junior did a good job. There was some miss communication but corrections were made in the end. I did spend extra money to buy more lumber to fix a problem area (the top rail at the 90 degree turn was made as a butt joint and I wanted a mitered joint). I wound up with a lot of extra wood. (overestimation I suppose.)"

Work included demo of existing bathroom, new stone tile floor, replacing wall mount toilet, installing 2 pocket doors, drywall repair,painting and coordination with the cabinet maker / corian installer. Work was outstanding as usual! Dan has done a lot of remodel work for me, and continues to be my go-to-guy for all home repairs and upgrades!"
