During the initial visit, Mike gave me a thorough, complete, and prompt estimate educating me on my current electrical system and the work to be done. "I wanted a condensate pump on the A/C and furnace so that the condensation didn't have to drain through a garden hose on my basement floor.  I also had purchased a new (and quite expensive) fan for the bathroom; the electrician had wired it but it needed to be vented.Professional Mechanical's price was very reasonable and the installation seemed to go smoothly.  The condensate pump looks great and works fine.  The only problem was that the bath fan did not work as it was supposed to:  it was supposed to run continuously at low speed and then go up to high speed when it sensed movement in the room.  Instead, it ran continuously on high speed.  I looked at the installation instructions and found that this is caused by an obstruction in the venting.  It turned out that about four extra feet of the flexible tubing had been stuffed into the space between the ceiling and the floor above.  Fortunately, my carpenter discovered this and removed the extra flex.  Now the fan works correctly."
