"The job went very well. I live in a historical part of Miami off the Miami River so I needed a Certificate of Appropriateness for my paint colors from the preservation board of the city of Miami. Reef Tropical Cleaning & Services is aware of the application process an advised me how to obtain the COA which was very easy to complete. After my paint colors were approved, Victor and his paint crew came out and assessed the exterior of the home. My house as I stated is historical so it has some unique architectural characteristics that require special attention. Reef Tropical Cleaning & Services paid attention to this and did an excellent job. They arrived on time everyday, early in the morning and ready to work. If you are an early riser, they will meet with you prior to you leaving to go to work to discuss concerns or questions relating to the job. They also were careful with the landscaping which I really appreciated. I also hired them to do other jobs such as patio screen installation, drywall and window blinds installation. I definitely recommend them for your home improvement needs. (The Approximate cost of services below reflects the house painting service. This does not include materials.)"

"Very prompt; showed up on time to pressure wash deck. Returned in 2 days after drying. Spent next 3 days working diligently and applying primer/stain/aggregate mixture to railing/pickets/ and finally 2 coats to flooring of deck/porch/stairs. Lastly put on final UV protector. Overall very pleased. Appearance went from 4/10 to 8.5 or 9/10. Color is custom brown and pleasing. Has slight blotchiness here and there, but that is part of the nature of the process. Too early, of course . to tell about durability and duration. I will try and post update in a year. Product does have 10 year warranty, and since this deck area only gets light-to-moderate use for only 5 months/year, I am hoping that it will last the advertised time."

"Workers were on time and left property clean. Roof took a long time because tiles order were on back order. Estrada kept us aware delivery problem and provided technical information regarding roofing materials. Highly recommend"

"Oscar from Agramontes Painting was very amicable, punctual and accomodating. He had already packed everything into his truck to leave when my wife pointed out a small detail he missed. Without hesitation, he unloaded everything and touched up the spot. He did not leave a mess, which was most important for me. He left paint only where it was supposed to be! He did a considerable amount of repair work. Three other Angie's List top rated painters came out for an estimate. Only one of these three painters emailed an estimate for almost four times ($5,500) what Agramontes Painting charged. The other two gave me verbal estimates after they inspected my property, but never emailed me the estimate. Both wanted more than Agramontes Painting. None of them ever provided proof of insurance or contractor's license. I called two other painters, not on Angie's List, who did work for me before. One never called back. The other asked me to send photos of the house, which I did, but I never heard back from him. Doesn't seem like anybody needs the work! Times must be good! When Oscar came to see the house he gave me a written estimate on the spot and gave me copies of his insurance and license. I'm not an expert, but I cannot imagine the $5,500 job would look any better or last any longer than what I got for $1,500. Also, the other painters wanted me to move all kinds stuff out of the way, including a gazebo. Since they all asked me to move these, I asked Oscar if he wanted me to move these items. He said he would work around them and he did."
