"The decision to replace a roof is a big one, and Peak Roofing helped guide us every step of the way in the process. We had an old failing metal roof on our rental property. Damian, one of the partners, walked us through every step of the process and was very patient with all of the questions that my grandfather and I posed. He was very quick to fit us into the schedule. He was incredibly knowledgeable and informative regarding a type of roofing membrane that would fit well onto our style roof (lean-to flat roof). Tony, the other partner of the company accommodated the drop off location of the down payment, and even met us at our home so that my grandfather did not have to drive at night. On the day that the work commenced (and was completed!), Carlos, the foreman, kept me informed throughout the day of all progress. The team they brought along were so quick, efficient, and safe. They protected all utilities during construction and cleaned up before leaving. They will be coming back to install gutters on the home as well, soon as a few other projects get done. "As in my previous review with my first house, HGE roof and gutters comes highly recommended! Especially for anyone who has had to contend with contractor "ghosting"! In our experience, HGE "hit it out of the park" on the my first and then again on the second house a week later! The professionalism and workmanship of the roofing and gutter team, was top of the line. They wrapped up in a couple of days, fulfilling on their promised - "turn-around", delivering a high quality roof and gutter system. We couldn't be more pleased with the results at both homes! Where we did have an issue, HGE's Project Coordinator Emily D. owned the problem through to resolution! There was some driveway damage when the dumpster was delivered at the second home. And when I sent the picture to Emily D. she jumped on it and over a few weeks, coordinated between the dumpster and asphalt companies until repair was scheduled and completed to our satisfaction. In summary, it was truly a pleasure to meet with Matt C. for the preliminary assessment and contracting for both projects. He is an avid professional who confidently and tactfully shared product and company information; the HGE and Owens-Corning product and the workmanship warrantees. The logistics were expertly coordinated by Emily D., especially her particular professionalism and work ethic. As noted, she went "above an beyond" to ensure customer satisfaction, getting the driveway damage resolved, keeping us informed through-out, so our concerns were at a minimum through completion of the repair work. Again, the construction work/clean-up commenced under the lead of Mike B./Project Manager. The best part, No Contractor nightmares and where there were issues, HGE owned it!"

This is true whether it requires a plumber, electrician, and especially a roofing company because when a roof is compromised, the home is compromised. We have relied on Shumaker Roofing Company since 2008 when they replaced our roof with Certain Teed Hatteras shingles, a vast improvement over the original shingles. As with any large project, some areas needed to be revisited and addressed. Follow up is an important measure of a company, and the Shumaker team quickly returned resolving our concerns. Our concern became their concern, and it showed by their dedication and assurance that the project would be completed to our satisfaction, which it was. Recently our electrical meter separated from the exterior wall due to a construction contractor neglecting to place sealant around the meter. This allowed water to enter behind the unit and eventually compromised the anchor bolts. Bob Schisler, President of Shumaker, came by and personally repaired the flaw (of course an electrician is required to reattach the meter). We felt relieved when Bob arrived, because we knew our problem was in the best of hands. And we really feel the same way with any of the Shumaker team. Needless to say, we highly recommend Shumaker Roofing for their integrity, dependability, quality work, and at a price which we felt was always reasonable."
