"The product is a bit pricey but the concept of the product does seem to be the best on the market and appears to work well. The Project Mgr stays on the site and takes pictures when it is completed so you can view the upper gutters. My only drawback was the "cleanout gutters" part of the contract. They pulled the junk out of the gutters but did not do anything with the downspouts or check to see if they were blocked. I had to get them to go back up with the hose to flush out blockage like any other gutter cleaning co. would do! After they left I had to clean out gutter debris from my landscape and around on my patio."

"I contacted 4 or 5 different contractors to get estimates on having seamless gutters installed on my house. L.R. Wilson was the only contractor that returned my request for a quote. They did so quickly and we got a date set up. They came on time and did a good job. The rain goes down the spouts and out through the drains now, instead of in my basement and on the floor. "Product seems good and install went fine.  During the quotation process, Mr. Kevin O'Brien told me that the installers could not walk on my roof and did not give me the associated discount.  During the installation, the installer put the ladder up to the garage and walked all over the roof (never moved the ladder once).  Mr. O'Brien also said there is a money back guarantee if your gutters ever clog.  The printed warranty policy, however, says the warranty amount is only for the dealer material cost (maybe $100?).  TBD on how the gutter guards will perform - I just do not appreciate being lied to.

Excellent.  They're professionals were able to complete the work in one day.  The new roof actually looks much better than the old due to the exacting craftsmanship of their workers.  The valleys beside the dormers now have woven shingles covering that area instead to the colored aluminum used by the original builders.  The fact that they provided the extra service of cleaning my gutters meant a lot to me.  I would heartedly recommend this firm to all.
