"Mike Wagner came out very quickly because our sump pump discharge was clogged and I initially thought it would require rodding. Before starting, he said "let's take a look at the tail end of the pipe", where the water terminated to a nearby storm sewer. He quickly assessed that we did not need rodding, and the end of the pipe just needed to be cleared (had gobs of sod, mulch and even some dead frogs in it". He cleared it quickly and only charged me for a trip charge (which we found very reasonable, especially since he came out so quickly).
