Kitchen project, my husband and I picked cabinets out and T & E worked with us and were great when we needed modifications to make it all work. They were here longer than expected and that was due to some surprises on our end and they handled it amazingly since I'm sure we upset other timelines for their next projects! The price was very reasonable and approximate date was end of May 2015."

"Sanfer was the general contractor and worked on the project diligently. He was very responsive throughout the project. Painting and plastering was outsourced to a sub contractor. However, Sanfer’s crew worked on remodeling the kitchen and bathroom. There were some delays as we made changes in scope of the work. Overall, I was happy with their work."

"We did two projects with John, Gary and the crew. The smaller scale project was for adding a shower to a half bathroom, turned into a full bath. The other big project was for remodeling based on one kitchen + one bathroom, change it to one kitchen + two bathrooms. John and Gary and the crew were awesome and very pleasant to work with. They listened to us, willing to accommodate our ideas, but also give us realistic suggestions based on the budget. John always trying to save money for our project, to control the budget. They are honest, friendly, genuine, respectful, responsive with great remolding experience and knowledge. Even our neighbors made the comment that "your contractor showed up every day!". We became friends during the project. "This review is long overdue on my end but I wanted to provide a positive recommendation for Chase and his company on the demolition and replacement of two older new decks in our backyard and a new ceiling. After experiencing working with several contractors in the past that we're less then impressive I found Chase to be very through and professional and kept his promises on all the work that was done. I'm very detailed and the final outcome more then met our goals for having something built correctly that will last for a long time. Phase two of our project was to replace a tounge and groove knotty pine wood ceiling above an outdoor farmers porch. I was very concerned about how this would turn out since other contractors has told us how difficult the rip and replace would be. Chase found a way to get it done with the least amount of impact to the existing framing. Also, the crew working for Chase was always polite and courteous to all of our questions and he does have an admin that called in the evening at the end of every day to ask us about our experience. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone in need of remodeling in the future."

Their offer was very reasonable. Derek + James are skilled artisans with years of experience. They both are diligent (nearly obsessive) about the quality of their work. If you seek a fast hack job that will fall apart in a year, they are not for you. They consistently stayed in touch with me throughout the project re. progress. "Planning: We met with three contractors and reviewed small, medium and larger options for our existing space. Ryan from Norman Builders won us over with his confidence, organization and no problem attitude. Of course we had concerns and questions, but it was clear he had worked in colonial houses before. What really won us over was his excitement to do something different with our space. From day one, you could tell every detail of this job mattered as this was a new way to design a traditional space. His timelines, pricing and execution plan was clearly laid out. As a GC, he organized everyone from; designer, permits, dumpsters, demo, electric, plumbing, painters, floors, ceilings, etc. He would do it all. The Job: Completely gut our existing kitchen and formal dining room. Remove a wall and install a steal support beam. He'd then move the kitchen to the old dining space and make the old kitchen a common area with built in desk, bench and bar area. The dining room would then be moved to our four season bonus room. Floors, wall, ceilings all came down. All new plumbing and lighting throughout the first floor. Execution: I mean, its funny to say, but we miss these guys. They practically lived with us for the summer. Couldn’t have been better with our entire family (kids and dog included) Everyone was so respectful of world climate (summer of Corona) and space. Of course you need patience with the process. Timelines were clear and the job finished slightly ahead of schedule. In the End: I mean, wow. When we looked at the blueprint on day one, we legit thought they shared the wrong plans. We couldn’t imagine everything we wanted would fit. They nailed it. It’s a dream space for our family and we couldn’t be happier. We couldn’t recommend Ryan Norman Builders any higher. We can’t wait to have them back to work on the upstairs next."
