It was a complex job with lots of moving pieces (house plus separate garage; soffit, fascia, and gutters with guards; solar; insurance claim to navigate, etc.). We contacted multiple companies, and there weren't many who could cover the breadth of what we wanted. Charlie took the time to educate us on all of the pieces, how they would fit together, and recommended cost-effective and value-added approaches for each. Super informative and helpful, but never pushy! Roof-It was not only the most competitive bid of the several we obtained, but were also able to deliver the most value, all with a personalized approach that showed they really cared. All of the work was top-notch and done so quickly - the demolition, repair, install, and clean-up, all before you barely knew they were there! "They worked from the early morning until dusk and were always available to answer questions i had. After getting 4 different bids, they came in at the most competitive price and the best quality work. They fixed some small things they weren't required to, but they noticed my siding had started to peel on one side, and they fixed it. Great eye for detail, and they completed my 2000 square foot split level home in 2 days. The quality was fantastic, especially for living in an area where high winds caused our old roof shingles to fly off often. So far in 2 and a half years after the job, i still haven't lost a single shingle. They even hauled off my old swamp cooler when they left. Cleaned up excellently, and overall just a better experience than i've ever had with other contractors. Would absolutely recommend."

"Worked with Lapota for 2 repairs. 1st was a roof leak repair that a different company (the one that put on the roof 7 years ago) tried to fix 4 times and failed (actually made it much worse). Lucas from Lapota found the problem in 15 minutes and it was simple enough for me to fix, so he did not even charge me. 5+ stars for this. 2nd issue was two leaking windows (this is a condo association). They have a minimum charge of $2k, so this might not be the best option for small repairs, but since they did not charge for the 1st repair, I felt it evened out. They caulked around both windows, seemed to be fixed until yesterday when one window had water intrusion again. I'll be calling on Monday. My experience has been that this is a reputable company so I am confident they'll stand behind their work. I will change to 5 stars if they do. So, in summary, this seems to be a good company but due to their minimum, probably best for projects that would normally cost $2k or more."
