"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

He was very easy to communicate with and was very eager to accommodate my wishes. Once on site Marc noticed other areas where his team could help me. As with every project there were change orders which were driven by my interest in increased work scope; but the added expense was very reasonable and acceptable. The quality of the work was first rate and the material used (from which I was given to choose from) were top notch. The work crew was very professional and polite. Before leaving each day they would pick up and clean-up the work areas. I would definitely recommend Parlor City and would not hesitate to hire them again for another home improvement job. I would rate them 4.5 out of 5 Stars with my only ding that some areas needed additional paint touch-up and edge cleaning (however, once pointed out it was handled). Excellent Job done by a very professional group of people!"
