"Local Professionals come through: I had a water flow problem on the front center part of my roof that resulted in some of the sheathing under the overhang to dry rot. I also had a rain gutter with damage caused by a leaning tree. I called Roofmasters for a free quote. Johnathon explained the process and answered all my questions. Aaron arrived on-time for the quote on 8/27/2018. He explained what caused the dry rot and answered my questions regarding concerns I had about other areas of my roof. He put my mind at rest – telling me that my roof appeared to be in good shape except for the area that brought him there that day. I received the written quote on 8/31/2018 for the roof and gutter repairs and scheduled the work to be done on 9/14/2018. They called 30 minutes before arrival as promised. They were professional, courteous, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves well. They even replaced a couple cracked tiles at no additional charge. They are a local company (Suisun City, CA) that obviously still takes pride in their work. This seems to be a trait that is in short supply these days. I’ll definitely call them again the next time I need help with my roof."

"We are very happy with the work that SHEcan2 did for us. We had them do a partial kitchen remodel, where the sink, counter, sink cabinet, and drywall behind replaced. Kim got us sample pictures and was more than willing to go the extra mile when our original selection wouldn't be available for awhile. Kim and Jeff did this work in three days. Both were courteous and professional. They answered all our questions. I would definitely recommend using these folks for your remodeling needs."

"Chim Chimney came out three times and told me they were unable to clean my chimney because it was too tall (needed a ladder taller than 40').  I called around looking for a company with a taller ladder and Village Sweep said they didn't have a taller ladder, but were interested in the job.  They asked me to send some pictures, inside and out, then said they thought they could get it done.  They sent two techs (which is why the price was higher - but advised me of this over the phone).  When the techs arrived, they checked out the roof and decided it wasn't that big of a deal to clean it.  Instead of placing the ladder in the soft ground in the back of the house - as Chim Chimney attempted, they went up the front and used the concrete sidewalk to anchor the ladder.  A second, shorter ladder was needed to get from the low roof to the high roof.  The guys really didn't see why it was such a big deal.  They cleaned the chimney, did an inspection, and offered to install a cap (additional charge). <br /> When we moved in, the chimney hadn't been cleaned by the previous owners (ever?) and was filthy.  Every time the wind blew, the house stunk like smoke.  Now that it's clean, the smell is gone. <br /> It's nice to deal with a company whose employees are good at what they do!  They said the job really only needs one tech, so next time it would be the regular price. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"On July 3,  I called a company in Sacramento to have my A/C checked.  It was not working.  They arrived and told me I was low on Freon and my capacitor was bad.  They added Freon and a $40 capacitor and charged me $290.  The system quit shortly after they left.  I called again in the afternoon and they returned on July 4th.  That was a positive.  They said I was low on Freon again and added some more.  Shortly after they left the system quit again. I called Thompson and they came out the next day.  They checked the system but didn't really know what was causing the problem.  They did tell me my system was over-charge with Freon and they needed to remove some.  They said having too much Freon is just as bad as not having enough.  My system was still not working so they came again at no cost and checked it again.  They could not determine the problem so they left to discuss the symptoms with the manufacturer.  Together they determined it  was a Thermal Expansion Valve on the Air Exchange unit in the house.  They returned a week later because the part normally does not go bad and they had to order it.  After it was replaced the system has been running beautifully.  They charged $380.  In comparison  the first company charged me $290 and did nothing.  The valve itself probably costs around $150 and it took Thompson 4 hours to install it.  I felt the price was very fair.  It did take a couple weeks to fix the unit but they diagnosed the problem correctly and didn't charge me for extra service like the first company.  I am very pleased with their service.  I give them a thumbs up.  "
