"Matt just left after replacing a second story gutter that normally I would do myself but, due to the working height and my age, I decided to leave this up to a pro. Matt kept me informed during the entire process, When he discovered a deficiency that was a lack of flashing behind the gutter from when the house was built in 1983, he said I had a choice to leave it that way or install the proper flashing. I chose the latter. Of course that raised the price but it was still very fair.
