"Not sure who is writing 5 star reviews for BOAZ construction as our home renovation experience was very different. Ran over by 12 months, piers were missing in the crawl space, lots of mistakes, just ripped out the shower they installed because the liner was installed wrong and leaked, David nor Stan really care. They are content with delivering subpar work and subpar subcontractors. None of our home's interior doors or exterior doors not installed by ClarkHall stay when open. Every single one is a ghost door. Our home renovation was/is the joke of the neighborhood due to the amount of time it took and our ongoing issues. "Todd, Grant and the entire Galloway Construction team were more than we ever could have hoped. We were renovating a neglected lakeside home that we had just acquired and had no clue as to the obstacles we would encounter. The Galloways were on top of it all. They acted as a real general contractor--handling all planned and unplanned electrical, plumbing and construction. Best of all, they offered us really innovative ideas--from cabinet design to vaulted ceilings and huge, oversized glass doors and a cedar portico--at every step of the way. And they did it all within the budget and timeframe promised. We couldn't be more pleased with the results!"

"LVP looks great and tile in the kitchen look great but the trim and baseboards were not finished and I had to have another contractor come in and install them. The stairwell was sanded and stained and I was told they could match the stain for the stairs to the LVP and that wasn’t true either. The stairs came out pink. Now I’m having another contractor come in and fix. I would not recommend to a friend."

"Terrible to work with.Took much longer to build than was quoted. Concrete inspection failed twice. As a result the floor is not level and is out of square. Framing inspection failed. To save costs, we said we would stain the wood. We thought all of the wood was provided which we stained. Then more wood was brought in which they installed without first letting us stain it. We had to stain the main beam once it was installed because of their poor communication. Framers removed the attaching house roof & left it uncovered. It rained that night and we had rain in our kitchen and living room. Ceiling & walls had to be redone. Painter they hired was a poor communicator. Never came when he said he would. When he did come, he managed to paint our kitchen curtains and painted shut one of the ceiling kitchen vents. Left his equipment for days in our porch area, kept saying he would be by to pick it up. The only time Fred came by was to pick up payments, never checked the quality of work done by his employees. We could go on, but there was not much good to report about this contractor. Stay away from!"
