When you are going to do a project that is this big, it is so important that you have a good relationship with your contractor. Glitches will happen along the way. "That Granite Place was hired to install Quartz countertops in a home I owned by the general contractor, Garrison Homes. The countertops were installed incorrectly (on an angle) as well as cut incorrectly. Despite countless emails and phone calls, they refused to do the repair since they were paid in full. The operations manager, Mark Widen, said his hands are tied and that they wont honor the repair or warranty. I wouldn't EVER deal with this company again nor would I recommend them to my worst enemy!!!"
