"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

All of them proposed to install metal soffits on my colonial home, which would not have looked good. Van Vleet listened to what <em> <strong>I</strong></em> <strong> </strong>wanted, and told me that a composite-wood product was available, and he would install it for what turned out to be the same average cost as the other contractors. They also did a small roof repair job on another occasion, with the same satisfying results. "His initial visit was on a Friday evening - he worked on the doors right away, then tackled the demolition, and started on one fence. He returned the next day about an hour after he thought he would arrive, but I think he had a little more shopping to do and it was busy at the hardware stores. He worked another 4 or 5 hours, then returned again on Sunday and finished the job. He was very professional, easy to deal with and I would definitely call him again.
