"I believe it was a time when strong winds ruined many fences in Tulsa so there could have been high volume for the company. <br /> I had to repeatedly ask the company to come out as my fence was partially down. <br /> I was told 'within two weeks', but I think I finally got the work done within a month . . . after repeated calls. <br /> The work done was quick and efficient. 9 months later, the fence is still looking good. <br /> I got exactly what I was promised - so no complaints there. The guys who came out and did the work were really good at their job. I believe they were sub-contractors who do a lot of work for Allied [so I was told]. No complaints whatsoever with the fence itself. <br /> I believe I would rate them 100% if they could have included leveling the ground before installing the fence - but they told me up front that they would not be doing that.  <br /> I would use them again unless I found a company who would level the ground at the fence line before installing the new fence. I would pay extra for that. <br />"

"THE JOB WENT GREAT! <br /> We have had countless companies come out and build and repair things at our house in the last 12 years since moving here but never one such as polite and professional as Wendland  Masonry & Construction.  <br /> First off, they were polite during every conversation and was in tune with me at every turn. <br /> Second, after the job, they left our back yard and back porch area CLEANER than when they started.  <br /> Third, Their care and attention to details, from accuracy of lining up the rocks to a near perfect straight line at every corner to attention to clean up after the job was done absolutely blew us away. <br /> I honestly cannot say enough good things about these guys. <br /> Good hearted, easy to communicate with and, above all, they do astounding work! <br /> We did not find them here on Angie's list but we do think it was God's hand making sure we got in contact with them before hiring another company to do the job. "Being in the contracting business I hired Owasso Fence. They did a great job. Most of the negative reviews left on here I took with a grain of salt knowing that dealing the general public can be difficult. If you consider how many jobs a company like mine or Owasso Fence do per year these complaints add up to less than 1% of the customer who had work performed. So before you make your decision based on the negative culture we live in. Ask a company for references. Do not completely go off the negative left on sites like these. Cause it’s very miss leading. Companies like mine and Owasso Fence do not set out to make mistakes. Things happen and people are human."

"Everything went well except for the time it took to do the job. When the projected completion date passed, I called and left a voicemail and got a call back the same day. Mr. Berryhill said it would be another few weeks! There was not a specific reason for the delay; I was told that they were just behind. We had put down a deposit of one half of the total, so I was concerned that it might not end well. We agreed on two weeks and the job was indeed completed at the end of the two weeks. <br /> The work was done just as discussed, and the fence looks great. <br /> I do recommend the company, as long as any potential customer understands that the time factor has been a problem at least once. And I will call him again should we need another repair. But we will have another discussion about sticking to an agreed deadline before I sign the contract. <br />"
