First, to repair a toilet installation that became an emergency situation, and second, a washing machine repair. The first happened on a Saturday and Michael was on scene with an hour. He took care of the problem making certain to attend to all matters of the flooding that had occurred. Second was my washing machine repair which he performed in under thirty minutes. I live in Ozark, Alabama but am originally from New England and I can say with absolute surety that what Michael charged me for his work would have been four to five times greater back home. Michael's work is outstanding and the response time remarkably quick. When he says he can do anything this is not an exaggeration or hyperbole. Hr really can. He has my complete faith and trust. They tore down my old rotted wood railings and support beams and did a good job cleaning up and disposing the old material. I would use them again for any re-modeling work needed outside or inside my home.
