"Overall good job. Several small quality issues requiring repair."

"I am completely happy with the new roof. I found a list of shortcuts on the web that some roofers use and Stout did not do any of them. We requested four bids and Jake was the first to respond. All bids were close in price and about four weeks out. When we decided on Stout, Jake said they had an unexpected opening and could start the next day. The next day, a shingle supplier showed up at 8:00 sharp. Just as the supplier started packing up, a recycling-dumpster truck arrived. When that truck left, three roofers were on site and ready to go. As they were working, I emailed questions to Jake and he responded the next morning. The second day was cut short by rain, but the roofers sealed everything and there were no leaks. After they finished on the third day, I climbed on the roof and carefully inspected every detail. I found one shingle with a small tear that probably would not cause any problems. But I told Jake and his crew was back the next morning and replaced the shingle. All work appears to be very good quality."

"Pro Roofing did an excellent job putting a 60 ML PVC solution on our roof! Originally it was tar/gravel that was replaced by asphalt shingles in 1998. It had many issues including water damage, old chimneys/vents and a flat garage. Pro Roofing had innovative solutions for all of our concerns. Our new roof turned out very nice and has a modern look! We would not hesitate to hire Pro Roofing again!"

"Had roof damage during wind storm, and had entire roof replaced. Sam & team provided a great quote, did a thorough and beautiful job on the roof. Looks amazing. Thank you!"

"Curtis, the second generation of this company was very professional and thorough in our estimating searches. The main reason we went with them one it’s family owned too. It’s local and three gave us the best price out of the five quotes that we got. The whole project from start to finish was done very well by the company and his workers. Every day when they were done with work, they made sure to run a magnet through the driveway so we wouldn’t get a flat tire on our cars. The team worked very hard and was able to wrap up our whole roof project within a week even during crummy weather. If you are in need of a roof replacement, put DHT roofing at the top of your list we would hire them over and over again for how well they made this project and smooth they made this project go."

"The company sent before and after pictures of the work and was very thorough on what work needed to be performed. They have scheduled the larger roof work for a day without rain since a temporary fix is in place."

"I contacted Near Me Roofing Company after referred from a few on our neighbourhood facebook page. They did not disappoint their referrals. They were scheduled the repair call within a few hours. Cost of repair was explained over the phone in detail. They were to fix my missing shingles on the spot. Awesome roofing service company!"

"Dennis arrived on time and was very professional. He explained the importance of cleaning the roof before the inspection and returned promptly to complete the job. Following the roof inspection, Dennis swiftly provided a detailed report of his findings. This report included recommendations for repairs and maintenance. His professionalism extended to the prompt issuance of a certificate, validating the roofs condition and compliance."

"We couldn't be happier with our choice to use Three Tree Roofing for our roof replacement and new gutters. The price they quoted was in line with other estimates and was a very fair price. Everyone we dealt with throughout the process was extremely knowledgeable and professional. When we were having trouble deciding on the shingle color, they swung by and dropped of some sample shingles so we could make a decision. They stayed in contact from the time we selected them through the end of the process and kept us updated on the status. The crew that installed the roof was very courteous and keep our property clean over the two days it took finish the replacement. Because of rain, they were unable to paint the vent pipes and flashing but they came back a couple of days later to finish. If you are looking to have a roof replaced or installed I would highly recommend that you consider Three Tree Roofing."

"EXCEPTIONALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE AND GREAT JOB. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND METROPOLITAN ROOFING FOR A ROOF REPLACEMENT. Clint and Sergio and their crew arrived on time and got the asphalt roof replacement done on time. They sent me photos of the progress and only made repairs to the roof deck where needed. This is a rental home and I live 2 hours away but from their reviews and from talking to them, I decided that they were trustworthy and their bid was reasonable."
