"Wu Construction did an excellent job for us. Greg estimated what work needed to be done and we scheduled it as quickly as possible. The crew was on-time, very efficient and did a really nice job keeping things as clean as possible, which is no easy task when repairs are done to a wet & muddy foundation area. A full interior perimeter drainage and sump pump system was installed to eliminate standing water in the crawl space. The crew also removed all old floor insulation and installed new R-30 insulation. The crawl space was completely cleaned up and a new vapor barrier was installed. Everything was completed as agreed upon - all at a very fair & reasonable price. The crew even installed a permanent access ladder to the area so it would be easier to get into the crawl space area. I'd highly recommend Wu Construction for any drainage or foundation work needed to your home or business. Greg, the Estimator/Scheduler and Thomas Wang, the Construction Manager were a pleasure to work with. They kept us up-to-date on everything and were true to their word. "Great experiences each time I've used this company. It's really, really hard to get good people to do quality work in Seattle, and Steve Bodine is one of those people. He employs great workers, treats them well and holds on to them for years. He personally is a genuinely decent and nice guy as well. He has years and years of experience and I would trust him with all my drainage needs (that's saying something in Seattle). Bodine also did a fantastic job with my concrete driveway and walkways. I first hired Bodine almost 3 years ago to redirect my downspouts to a new drain field in my back yard. His crew did an amazing job. I was so pleased, I hired them to do some concrete work in my basement. Again, excellent work. Based on that, I then hired them to pour a new concrete driveway and walkway. Again, an incredible job. They really care about getting it right. Bodine does virtually all of their work based on referrals... and they are busy. But if you have a problem, they will take care of it immediately and other times, you just have to be a little patient knowing they're busy taking care of someone else's problems. It works both ways. They were very patient with me when I had to change dates to have my driveway poured due to other work going on at my house. I also want to mention Jim Cuba and Manny, who worked on my most recent project and were terrific."

"Called Sean on Saturday 12/1/2012 with a fairly severe ground water leak in the basement (70's vintage split level house) after some serious seasonal rains. Sean came out the same day to evaluate the problem, and discuss the options available (he uses a membrane product).  He gave me a very reasonable price estimate and sent the estimate by email the next day.  He followed up with a phone call on Monday and we agreed to have him do the work starting in 2 weeks. The crew began work ten days later excavating along the house on three sides, placing the waterproofing membrane and new drain pipe.  This house is on a slope so they had to dig down about ten feet on the back portion of the house.There was also a concrete patio in the back that had to be partially removed and a stairwell to go around.  The crew had to contend with the groundwater continuing to flow into the trench during the entire project.  The entire project took five days start to finish.  Sean gave me two options for restoration of the patio, a concreted patch or crushed rock.  I chose the rock as there would be some settling for a while and the patch would look like a patch.  I put a deck over the repaired area the following summer.  They replaced the gate they removed on one side and the fence section and gate removed for access on the other side as best the could as the fence was quite old.  They straightened a fence section where it was bowed from the piles of dirt removed during the excavation.  There is always going to be collateral damage on a digging project this big and Sean offered me a rebate for some of the material I would need to replace.  The drain system seems to be working quite well since the installation and the basement is staying dry. <br />"
