"Rick at Ideal Siding was a pleasure to work with. He came at the scheduled time for the estimate and the commencement of the work. We discussed the job in length and went over options. Rick explained what he was going to do very clearly. The scope of the job included removing old vinyl siding, wrapping several window and door frames with aluminum, installing new siding, sealing and waterproofing a gap where a wall met a patio deck and installing a vent and caulking and sealing work done by a previous contractor. I was not at the job site during most of the work. Rick sent me pictures showing progress to see what he did behind the siding. The result is very neat, and I am confident it will stand up for years. "Our experience was very positive. I dealt with Juan Vigil (by phone at office) and Oswald Hernandez (on-site). We had 50 year old siding removed and they replaced it with Hardie Board siding because of the new law for houses in the WUIF areas (it's fire resistant siding). GS are Hardie Board experts, and it was done very methodically and expertly. They brought in their own dumpster and PortaPotty for their crews. Every day, they cleaned up before leaving. The lights they had to remove to install the siding they replaced in a way that looked much better than before. I feel confident with this new siding! Well Done!"

"Paolo and his crew were a true treat to work with. We have been doing a full house addition and remodel, and after having several setbacks, paolo and his team came in and were able to totally redo siding, trim out a covered patio, replace gutters and paint the house. They bent over backwards to make sure 1) things were done in the right order (even coming out for 1 random day to do facia before my roofers came out and put a roof on the house) and 2) Make sure that I was happy with the end product: consistently telling me "We want you to be happy- you have to live here, so lets make sure we get this right." The two man team was here long hours over a couple of weeks, always was sure to clean up well in the evening and left the house very clean at the end of the project, and were courteous to anyone else here, collaborated well with other trades, and were kind to my kids (super important in my book!). After dealing with a lot of trades during this project that were mediocre, un-responsive, and some down right rude, it was a breath of fresh air to work with someone who did excellent work, had good follow up, and listened to my ideas and made them come to life.
